Why is our sound bed unique?
You deserve an energetic vacation. Our unique bed carries sound and vibration through your body while you relax and heal. As music plays, you feel it as much as you hear it, a slow, steady hum under your back and legs.
That's half the session. The other half is hands-on Reiki with our certified Reiki practitioner, Alicia.
How does Reiki work?
This Reiki is hands-on energy work: Alicia places her hands on and above you, moving through the body with intention, clearing what's stuck and settling what's scattered. Some people feel warmth under her hands, some feel emotion move through, some just drift somewhere deep. Reflexology on the feet grounds the whole session.
On its own, Reiki is subtle. On the sound bed, it isn't. The vibration gives your body something to hold onto while the energy work goes deeper. That pairing is the powerful reason why we built this experience for you.

Hands-on Reiki, reflexology, and sound healing, together. Her hands do one kind of work while the vibration does another. The hour is the full experience; 30 minutes is a strong first visit.

What to expect
We talk first
Discuss what your goals are for this healing experience, then settle into the session. You stay fully clothed, with a pillow and blanket on the bed.
The room drops away
Lights lower, the sound starts, and the vibration builds slowly underneath you. Ask for it softer anytime.
Alicia works
Hands on and above you, moving energy through the body, with reflexology at the feet. An indescribable, unique healing experience that you can feel.
You come back slowly
Slowly come back into your body with guidance and breathwork, hydrate, discuss the experience together, and receive a post-Reiki reading.

Do I undress?
No. You stay fully clothed the whole time.
Is the sound bed safe for everyone?
Most people, yes. Please talk with your doctor before booking if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, have a seizure disorder, or have had recent surgery or blood clots. Let us know when you book if any of these apply.
What does the vibration feel like?
Like a slow, low hum moving through the bed. It starts gently, and you can ask for it softer at any time.
